Lead Intelligence
Information submitted by visitors through your profile contact forms (stored in your private CRM).
Interaction Data
Taps, views, and click-events used to generate your conversion heatmap and analytics.
Order Fulfillment
Shipping addresses and contact numbers required for physical NFC hardware delivery.
3. AI-Powered Processing
TapWorks utilizes Google Gemini 2.5 Flash technology to provide premium services. This includes:
- Optimizing rough bio drafts into high-conversion value statements.
- Analyzing incoming lead messages to provide automated intent scoring (Hot/Warm/Cold).
- Generating professional response drafts based on lead inquiries.
Note: AI processing is ephemeral and used solely to enhance your user experience. We do not use your private lead data to train global AI models.
4. Data Visibility
Public Data
Your profile name, title, company, bio, and social links are visible to anyone who scans your card or visits your URL.
Private Data
Your Lead CRM, account analytics, shipping history, and referral earnings are strictly private and accessible only by you and the TapWorks Staff for support purposes.
5. Hardware & NFC Security
Each TapWorks NFC card is encoded with a unique serial number linked to your digital identity. No sensitive account credentials or passwords are stored on the physical hardware. In the event of a lost card, you can instantly disable the link via your Command Center.
