1. General Platform Usage

By accessing TapWorks, you agree to build your digital identity within our professional guidelines. We provide a platform for networking intelligence, and we reserve the right to suspend accounts that engage in spam, harassment, or misrepresentation of professional credentials.

2. Elite Referral Program

New Customers Only

Referral commissions and buyer discounts apply exclusively to the first hardware purchase of a new user.

7-Day Cooling Period

All commissions are locked for 7 days post-delivery to ensure order finality and protect against refunds.

Payout Threshold

A minimum of ₱100 in cleared funds is required to initiate a GCash disbursement.

Anti-Fraud Policy

Self-referral or the creation of duplicate accounts to harvest discounts will result in a permanent platform ban.

Commission funds that remain unclaimed for more than 90 days of account inactivity are considered forfeited. Ensure your GCash details are up to date in the System Admin.

3. Hardware & Fulfillment

  • Orders are processed from our Quezon City warehouse within 24-48 hours of payment confirmation.
  • Delivery times vary by region: 1-3 days for NCR, 3-7 days for Provincial Luzon, and 5-10 days for VisMin.
  • Physical card defects are covered by a 30-day replacement warranty from the date of receipt.
  • No returns or refunds are permitted once a card has been encoded with a custom user URL.

4. Verified Pro Status

Verified Pro status is granted upon successful hardware linking. This grants the user access to Branding Removal and Advanced AI Triage. TapWorks maintains ownership of the core platform software, while you maintain ownership of your personal lead data and digital identity content.
