1. General Platform Usage
By accessing TapWorks, you agree to build your digital identity within our professional guidelines. We provide a platform for networking intelligence. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that engage in spam, harassment, or misrepresentation of professional credentials.
2. Referral & Reward Registry
TapWorks utilizes an "Accumulate & Unlock" model. Every member can refer new users, but actual Peso disbursements require an active hardware kit verification.
Accumulate & Unlock
Free members can earn rewards, but funds remain 'Locked' until the referrer verifies a hardware kit (Solo, Sales, or Team).
7-Day Security Hold
Rewards unlock for disbursement exactly 7 days after the physical hardware is confirmed as 'Delivered' in our registry.
Capped Percentage Model
Rewards are calculated as a % of net revenue, capped at a maximum Peso limit per plan to ensure platform stability.
Payout Threshold
Available balances must exceed ₱300 to trigger a GCash disbursement. Payments are batch-processed on the 15th and 30th.
Anti-Fraud Protocol
Self-referral, device-harvesting, or creation of duplicate accounts results in permanent forfeiture of all pending funds.
Net Amount Basis
Rewards are calculated after buyer discounts or kit-settlement adjustments. We pay only on net collected revenue.

3. Hardware & Fulfillment
- Kits are custom-encoded and processed within 24-48 hours of payment verification.
- The card is a perpetual gateway; you may update your digital identity anytime via the dashboard.
- Physical card defects are covered by a 30-day replacement warranty from the date of confirmed delivery.
- No returns or refunds are permitted once a hardware card has been encoded with a custom identity URL.
4. Data Ownership & Privacy
Professionals maintain full ownership of their lead data and identity content. TapWorks provides the infrastructure for interaction tracking and AI processing. Leads collected on the platform are private to the user account or team organization and are never shared with third-party marketers.
